Norvye scans portals every 30 minutes. When a new listing matches your client's requirements, the WhatsApp alert fires within seconds of the scan completing.
Can I use Norvye for both buy and rent clients? +
Yes. When adding a client requirement, you choose whether they are buying or renting. Rental budgets are entered as annual AED amounts, matching how Dubai brokers quote rentals.
How many clients can I add? +
There is no limit on the number of clients you can add during the current early access period.
Will I get duplicate alerts for the same listing? +
